How Does it Work?
Topcon's patented Sonic Tracker IIs™ emit sound pulses and record the time it takes for an echo to return after striking a reference marker such as a curb or stringline. The easy-to-use control box then receives that information and displays it to the operator with bright LED indicators. In one quick glance to the control box, the operator knows if the machine is on grade, freeing him to concentrate on production and safety.
