The individual will be responsible for all accounting/financial functions including the following:
Managing the various accounting functions at the subsidiaries level including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
General Ledger and Financial Statements Preparation
Planning and Budgeting
Inter-Company reconciliations
Bank Reconciliation
Cash Flow Analysis
Internal Operational Audits
Expense Control
Inventory Control and purchasing
Accurately report and file sales tax payments.
Accurately report and file annual Property Taxes and make appropriate payments.
Assist CFO on various projects as required.
Qualifications: For this role, we are seeking an individual with five or more years experience and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, lean environment. The right individual to join our team will have:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Experience with controlling significant amounts of Inventory at multiple locations (both serialized and non-serialized).
Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management.
Experience with Financial Statement preparation.
Experience with retail and wholesale distribution operations.
